The STOREHOUSE is the perfect holiday accomodation situated to undertake the numerous activities that the area is renowned for whether it be Mountain Biking at the UKs Premiere centre at Coed-y-Brenin> or just Cycling along the many easy trails along the Estuary.
The Mawddach Trail> a dis-used railbed extending from Dolgellau to Barmouth. It can be accessed directly from the rear of the Cottage without having to cross a road.
We are perfectly situated for the many Mountain walks which exist in the area
i.e. The Precipice> and Torrent>walks
Spectacular views of the North face of Cadair Idris> can be viewed from the Conservatory and lies only a five minute drive to the S/East


The 16ft panoramic Birdwatching> window overlooks the River Wnion and beyond has spectacularly stunning unbroken views over the Mawddach Estuary to the Mountains beyond above Bontddu where the Royal Wedding Rings orignate.
The cottage is laid out on three Levels:
Upper Floor: Comprises of Two Double Bedrooms Toilet and Shower
Mid Floor: ( Entrance Level) - Large lounge with 16ft wide picture window overlooking River - Open Fire.
Full Kitchen with dining area & Gas Cooker,Washer.
Large Conservatory leading to Breakfast Balcony overlooking extensive gardens and River.
